User pages and registration forms

-Updated catalog view mode and fixed thread sorting by new, old and recent post.
-Added application form for opening a new user account. More info on elf.jp.net/accountApplication.php
-Added personal webpages for each registered user and a webpage editor
-and other small things... If you are using an old account to log in, it is recommended that you apply for a new account. Old accounts do not have features of new accounts and will eventually be deleted
