File sharing implemented

File sharing has been implemented for registered users, if you are logged
into your account you can navigate to the file upload page from the
homepage by clicking on the newly added button 'File share' or entering
'elf.jp.net/filesharing.php' into the URL.

Although these files are temporary you will be able to browse the uploaded
files, they will be displayed on 'elf.jp.net/temp.php' or they can also be
accessed by a newly added button on the homepage if you are logged in.

Unregistered users will also be able to browse these files.

Minor update: updated the textarea on editPage.php so that the textbox can
also be resized horizontally for more typing space.
